Workout Nova stores only the information needed to operate your account and training workspace.
Information stored
We store your account name, secured authentication sessions, exercise preferences, saved plans and templates, workout logs, set performance, and notes you enter. Administrative audit records may record account and catalog actions.
How it is used
Your data powers authentication, planning, generation, workout execution, history, and operational security. Workout Nova does not require advertising profiles or sell workout data.
Third-party content
Technique links and thumbnails are provided by YouTube. Opening or loading third-party content is subject to that provider's privacy practices.
Retention and deletion
Training records remain until removed under the deployment's retention process or the account is deleted by an administrator. Database backups are retained according to the operator's documented backup schedule.
Security
Passwords are stored using a memory-hard password hash. Login sessions use opaque, HTTP-only cookies and server-side token hashes. Contact the deployment administrator to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
